Givry Rouge “Héritage” 2023 by Domaine Chofflet is a beautifully crafted 100% Pinot Noir from the village of Russilly in Givry, Burgundy. Produced from 30-year-old vines planted on clay-limestone soils, this wine reflects the elegance and charm of the excellent 2023 vintage. The grapes are fermented in concrete tanks and aged for approximately 12 months in French oak barrels (10% new oak), adding subtle complexity while preserving the purity of the fruit.
The Givry Rouge Heritage is packed with bright, succulent and spicy dark cherry and plum fruit.
