Domaine Chofflet - Winery in Givry

At an altitude of 370 meters, we have a magnificent amphitheater-shaped setting with a unique microclimate.

Our 14-hectare vineyard focuses solely on the Givry appellation. We can thus exploit its formidable potential.

The choice of sustainable farming, certified in 2008, was made to respect the land and allow it to express itself in the best possible way

The quality of a wine depends on the attention given to it by the winemaker from the vineyard to bottling.

Our values ​​are respect, quality, trust and sharing. All our wines have their own personality and come from our vines. We favor short vatting in concrete vats and long aging in French oak barrels with never more than 25% new barrels. Indeed, for us the wood should not hide the wine but accompany it.
