Wine obtained from Grenache and Cinsault grown in goblets and coming from a plot located in the Vestides terroir (limestone scree on clay). The grapes were picked by hand in small boxes then macerated for a few days in whole bunches before pressing. Fermentation without adding yeast. Wine without fining or filtration and to which a little sulfur has been added for bottling and conservation (total sulfites: < 0.03g/L).Organic Farming Nature Method Wine
