Olives Noires de Nyons AOP are a Protected Designation of Origin (AOP) product from the Baronnies Provençales in Southern France (around Nyons, Drôme). They are highly prized gourmet table olives recognized for their unique flavor and traditional processing method.
Domaine Saint Vincent is a family-run estate founded in 1920 in Vinsobres, in France's Southern Rhône Valley. The winery produces wines ranging from approachable Côtes du Rhône bottlings to the more structured, prestigious Cru Vinsobres. It also produces olive oil from the local Nyons olive-growing area.
The estate's red wines feature traditional Rhône grapes, particularly Grenache and Syrah, while its whites showcase varieties such as Viognier, Marsanne and Grenache Blanc. Its hillside vineyards benefit from a Mediterranean climate, with warm, dry summers and cooler nights that help preserve freshness and aromatic character.
