Bourgogne Pinot Noir
Made from the famous Burgundy specialty, the PINOT NOIR grape, this wine is elegant, delicate, and fruity. It can be "Classique", fresh, fruity, and easy to drink; it can be a "Cuvée spéciale", from old vines and aged in barrels for one year; or it can be serious and full-bodied, "Essentielle", the result of a meticulous selection of the best terroirs where the producers have had to respect stringent vineyard management specifications. Through each of its wines, the Bourgogne Pinot Noir is a faithful ambassador for a region envied around the world.
Les Cadoles: Our local pride
The "Les Cadoles" wines come from selected plots in several domains.
On the slopes of Tournus and Mancey and elsewhere, you will spy numerous "cadoles", small constructions that served as shelters for the wine growers. Varying in sophistication, their design is quite unique. You could say they resemble stone igloos!
