VINIFICATION Mechanical and manual harvesting,
total destemming, maceration then fermentation for 8 to 15 days. Aging in barrels (assembly of new barrels and 2 wines) about 12 to 18 months.
Depending on the vintage,
CHARACTERISTICS Beautifully intense color with ruby reds that gently tile
with age. Pinot expresses itself here with all its
subtleties. Scent of red fruits for wines
youth. Aromas of undergrowth,
with age supported by peppery notes.
