Cuvée D'Schlànga Wine obtained from Roussanne and Viognier from a plot surrounded by trees located in the terroir of Tras le Puy in Roquemaure (sables and safres).
Grapes: Roussanne and Viognier, picked by hand in small crates and slowly pressed in whole bunches.
Fermentation and Storage: On fine lees in stainless steel vats. Wine without fining or filtration and to which a little sulfur was added for bottling and storage (total sulfite: 0.03g/L).
Appellation AOC: Cru Lirac.
TERROIR Sandy hillsides, terrace of small pebbles mixed with a sandy subsoil.
Vinification: Manual harvest Fermentation in stainless steel vats Vinification without sulfites Unfined, Unfiltered
